SNI Financial is partnering with a premier real estate developer to hire multiple Senior Accountants to support corporate accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement across a multi-entity platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Support month-end close, financial statement prep, and variance analysis across 40 entities
- Record corporate entries (accruals, eliminations, fee income) and perform reconciliations
- Manage overhead allocations, coding structures, and project accounting setup
- Maintain fixed assets and support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Partner cross-functionally to improve systems, reporting, and controls
- Drive process improvements through automation and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA or parts passed required
- 2-4 years of progressive experience; public accounting experience is preferred
- Real estate or investment accounting experience is a plus
- Strong Excel and ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus
