Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger accounts, including preparing journal entries, performing account analyses, and completing monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare and compile schedules and supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Partner with leadership teams to organize and facilitate quarterly financial review meetings, presenting results and explaining key variances and fluctuations.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Coordinate accounting activities across multiple internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 4 years relevant experience
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
