Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' personal and business goals.
- Advise clients on investments, retirement, cash flow, tax, estate, insurance, and wealth preservation strategies.
- Review investment portfolios, monitor performance, and collaborate on asset allocation recommendations.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and long-term projections to identify planning opportunities.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager, providing proactive guidance and exceptional client service.
- Coordinate with internal and external professionals to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Educate clients on financial strategies, market conditions, and investment performance.
- Support client retention and business growth through trusted relationships and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, CFP, or CFA designation required.
- 4 years public accounting (tax), or experience in comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory.
- RIA and tax-aware wealth management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and client presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and deliver personalized advice.
