Real Estate Associate – Dallas, TX
Base $120K–$150K Bonus | In-office with flexibility | National Real Estate Investment Firm
We’re partnering with a privately held, well-capitalized real estate investment firm to identify a Real Estate Associate for their growing Dallas office. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting directly to senior leadership, with opportunities to work across acquisitions, portfolio management, and strategic analysis.

What You’ll Do
- Lead financial modeling, valuations, and portfolio analysis for new and existing real estate investments.
- Support deal execution through scenario analysis, diligence, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze budgets vs. actuals, and develop insights to optimize asset returns.
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, capital structures, and joint venture negotiations.
- Apply advanced financial modeling techniques (Excel, Argus, waterfall structures) and contribute to leveraging AI and BI tools to enhance analysis and decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of finance experience in real estate investments, development, private equity, or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling skills (IRR, DCF, waterfall distributions).
- Experience with portfolio analysis, valuations, and market research (CoStar, STR a plus).
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing, collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field (advanced degree or CFA/CAIA preferred).
Compensation & Work Setup
- Compensation: $120K–$150K base performance bonus
- Work environment: 5 days in-office (Dallas HQ) with some flexibility; light travel required
