We’re partnering with a growing company in Fort Worth that is seeking a Data Analyst with 1 years of experience who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and helping drive business decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze data and turn it into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Build dashboards and reports that help teams make smarter business decisions
- Work cross-functionally with departments including finance, operations, accounting, & I.T.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements
- Use SQL and Excel to pull, organize, and analyze data
- Help improve reporting automation and data accuracy
- Present findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business analysis
- Strong Excel and SQL skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Someone who enjoys learning, collaborating, and finding ways to improve processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Finance, Math, or related field preferred
