What You Will Be Doing...
- Own key components of the monthly close process
- Support financial reporting and GAAP compliance
- Gain exposure to operational accounting, investment accounting, and real estate development activities
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and business leadership
- Expand beyond audit into the day-to-day financial operations of a growing investment organization

Who We're Looking For...
- 2 busy seasons in public accounting (Big 4 or regional CPA firm strongly preferred)
- Audit or Assurance experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Exposure to real estate, investment clients, or property accounting is a plus—but not required
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
