What you’ll do:
- Lead & mentor a team of accounting professionals
- Manage the month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Partner with finance and operations teams to analyze performance, investigate variances, and provide recommendations to help grow the business
- Prepare detailed forecasts and data-driven reports to support business planning.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance internal controls, and leverage technology for efficiency.
- Support audits and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- 5 years of accounting experience in either public accounting or in-house
- 1 year of previous supervisory experience
- Hands on experience with US GAAP & financial reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and work closely with business leaders to help them drive their business segments
Hybrid role required 3 days/week onsite, benefits start day 1 of employment
Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
