Now Hiring: Staff Accountant | Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
I’m currently partnering with a growing organization in the property services / insurance space to hire a Staff Accountant for their corporate team in Jacksonville.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume, fast-paced accounting environments and wants to be part of a collaborative, team-oriented group.
What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Reconciling general ledger accounts (AR, AP, bank recs)
• Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
• Processing high-volume insurance-related payments
• Assisting with audits and ad hoc reporting
What we’re looking for:
• 2 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volume
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
Additional details:
• Hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite in Jacksonville)
• Exposure to insurance-related accounting is a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
