SNI Companies is partnering with a leading aerospace machine shop in the Westfield area in their search for an Inspection Manager.
Growing to serve some of the largest aerospace customers in the world, our client provides complex CNC machined components.
They're seeking an Inspection Manager who has strong technical process knowledge and has the ability to lead inspection operations in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring there's compliance with customer requirements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience working in ISO compliant manufacturing environments and familiarity with areas like APQP or RCCA. Having supervisor or management experience is ideal, but are also open to candidates who have experience training or coaching colleagues.
