Day to DayGreet visitors, applicants and caregivers and keep the reception area organized
Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly
Help walk-in applicants and home health aides and collect their onboarding documents
Assist aides with HHAexchange mobile ID setup and staff with Viventium ESS setup
Call aides about open shifts as directed by the staffing team
Sort mail, scan documents, log packages and handle office closing duties
Previous receptionist, front office or customer service experience
Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email and scheduling systems
HHAexchange or home care office experience is a plus
Organized, reliable and professional with confidential information
