Responsibilities
- Direct the clinical team of RNs, LPNs, aides, social workers and chaplains
- Ensure quality, compliance and survey readiness under Medicare hospice CoPs
- Oversee admissions, plans of care, IDG meetings and clinical documentation
- Manage staffing, on-call coverage, productivity and budgets
- Recruit, train and mentor clinical staff and lead QAPI
- Active Massachusetts RN license (BSN preferred)
- 3 years of hospice or home health clinical leadership
- Strong knowledge of Medicare hospice Conditions of Participation
- Experience with EMR systems and survey preparation
- Compassionate, organized and team-focused leader
