What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN/RN Night Shift position at SNF DIVISION?
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the day shift. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. As a member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering skilled nursing care, assessing and monitoring residents' health status, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and responding promptly to changes in condition. You will ensure accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care, communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and participate in developing and updating individualized care plans.
Additional responsibilities include supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring compliance with infection control practices and safety protocols, completing admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards. You will assist with wound care, medication management, physician orders, and resident education while fostering a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
