Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

Shift times 7pm to 7:30am on Night Shift
Pay rate for this position is based on years of licensure.
- RN pay rate is up to $42 an hour including shift differential
- LPN pay rate is up to $30.50 an hour including shift differential.
The typical schedule for this opportunity is three (3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
Salary : $31 - $42
