Construction Laborer

Job Summary
Need a temporary laborer for the job ASAP (Tuesday, 10/28, to Friday, 10/31). We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring they are stored properly on-site.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to minimize hazards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed to support ongoing projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices.

Qualifications

• No experience needed, just willing to work. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
