Hours: Monday thru Friday Noon-10:00p
A Material Handler manages the movement, storage, and tracking of inventory within a warehouse, factory, or distribution center. Key responsibilities include loading/unloading shipments, operating equipment, organizing stock, and updating inventory records to support production and shipping, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Material Movement: Transport raw materials to production lines and move finished goods to warehouse storage or shipping docks.
Shipping & Receiving: Load/unload trucks, inspect incoming materials for damage, and verify packing lists.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to OSHA regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (often 50 lbs).
Attention to Detail: Accurate scanning, tracking, and inspection of materials.
Communication: Ability to work well with team members and report discrepancies.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
