6:30 am - 5 pm M - F, hours may adjust as customer needs adjust
$24 - $25 per hour
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
6:30 am - 5 pm M - F, hours may adjust as customer needs adjust
$24 - $25 per hour
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Handle Incoming calls and emails from customers
- Enter orders
- Work with spreadsheets
- Calculate materials needed per square foot per order
- Process tax exemption form for customers
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Excel and data entry
- Proficient in math skills - able to calculate square feet of materials for order entry
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Salary : $24 - $25
