This is a short-term temporary position specifically intended to provide coverage during a medical leave.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the production process.
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify product dimensions and specifications.
- Identify, document, and communicate quality issues, defects, and non-conformities; assist with corrective actions.
- Work closely with production personnel to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, audit findings, and other quality documentation.
- Assist with quality investigations, root cause analysis, employee training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience; technical or quality-related certification is a plus.
- 2 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably HVAC.
- Knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
