What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media and Marketing Manager position at Snappy Printing and Graphics?
We’re a small but mighty screen printing and embroidery shop that loves turning local ideas into wearable art. Whether it’s tees for a fundraiser, hoodies for a team, or hats for a local business — we take pride in every stitch and every print.
Now we’re looking for someone who can help us show that off — someone who can tell our story online the same way we live it in the shop: honest, hardworking, a little creative chaos, and a lot of pride.
What You’ll Do:
- Capture the shop vibe. Take photos and videos of what’s happening around here — new designs, machines running, happy customers picking up their orders, all the behind-the-scenes moments that make us who we are.
- Keep us active online. Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Post regularly, respond to messages, and keep our feed looking great and authentic.
- Come up with ideas. From seasonal promos to fun giveaways or community collabs, you’ll help think up and run campaigns that keep people connected to the shop.
- Tell stories. Whether it’s a local business we printed shirts for or a new piece of equipment we’re proud of, you’ll help us share it in a way that feels personal and real.
- Track what works. Nothing fancy — just paying attention to what people like and what gets engagement so we can keep getting better.
You’re Probably a Good Fit If You:
- Like taking photos or videos and have a good eye for what looks good.
- Enjoy social media and know how to make posts that feel genuine, not forced.
- Have a creative side — maybe you’ve dabbled in design, photography, or marketing before.
- Are organized enough to plan content but flexible enough to roll with the day-to-day shop pace.
- Like being part of a small team where everyone wears a few hats (sometimes literally).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with screen printing, embroidery, or small business marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or simple editing tools.
- A sense of humor and appreciation for the small details.
