Position Overview:

SnapCare is partnering with a respected healthcare system in Ketchikan, Alaska to hire Registered Nurses across multiple specialties for permanent, full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care within your specialty area
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• BSN preferred
• Specialty certification preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Staff Nurse preferred
• OR Staff RN experience preferred for Operating Room openings

Required Credentials:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification upon hire
• ACLS certification required at hire or transfer (as applicable)
• PALS certification required at hire or transfer (as applicable)
