Fast growing and busy boutique marketing agency, Snap Creative Marketing is looking for a Manager, Promotional Products that is self-motivated, organized, extremely detailed-oriented and more! If you have 3-5 years of managing and/or selling promotional products (a.k.a. tchotchkes) and are interested in joining a promo team focused on successfully developing, executing and managing marketing strategies across our cable television / entertainment customer base, we want to hear from you!

This position works directly with VP of New Business Development/Sales. This Manager, Promotional Products (snappromoshop.com) must be well-organized and competent in relationship management. Job entails all aspects of securing and customizing promotional items for our Fortune 500 client base; therefore, exceptional communication skills and expertise in this area of business will set apart the best among candidates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise between clients and internal staff to coordinate and manage all logistics involved in the procurement of promotional products including, but not limited to researching and recommending promotional items based on client’s marketing needs and budget, securing competitive pricing and compelling production timelines from suppliers, obtain order details (i.e. delivery confirmations, tracking information, etc), etc.
- Identify efficiencies and improve existing processes and/or create new procedures for the department
- Explore, acquire and maintain appropriate third-party relationships (i.e. suppliers, retail partners, decorators, local suppliers, etc.) to help deliver on agency’s value proposition
- Understanding the requirements of procuring large volume promotional items and manage accordingly (i.e. United States customs, etc.)
- Research and present recommended promotional items to clients with attention to specific financial and time constraints
- Track and monitor all promotional orders to ensure all milestones are met in a timely fashion with consistent follow up to proactively resolve any issues that may arise
- Consult daily with internal and/or external teams to ensure client's needs and expectations are met
- Research vendors and negotiate accordingly to achieve the most favorable terms for our clients
- Develop and maintain positive and energetic relationships with clients (both internally and externally) and third-party suppliers (i.e. Prime Line, Koozie Group, etc.)
- Work cross-functionally with internal groups to collaboratively develop marketing programs to generate sales orders for promotional products from current client base, as well as prospects, including, but not limited to management of our promotional products website, snappromoshop.com
- Create and manage engaging social media content showcasing new product arrivals, client projects, and creative promotional ideas to inspire customers, highlight capabilities, and drive interest and sales opportunities

Qualifications/ Skills
- 3-5 years of managing and/or selling promotional products
- Close attention to detail and task master mentality; think strategically, and act tactically
- Excellent vendor management skills and negotiation ability
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Well organized and multi-tasking skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint
- Prior experience with project management software is a plus (Wrike, Asana, FunctionPoint, Jira, etc.)
