Duties

- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting dining areas quickly during service
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping floors, cleaning workstations, and disposing of waste properly
- Aid in food handling processes to ensure proper storage and hygiene protocols are followed
- Collaborate with culinary and catering teams to ensure smooth service during events or busy hours
- Follow all safety guidelines related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation
Skills
- Strong understanding of food service operations including bussing, food preparation, and cleaning procedures
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments with knowledge of kitchen workflows
