Pay Rate: $100.82/hour (Part-time), estimated 450 hours.
Summary
Lead the ISO 22301–aligned BCM program setup in ServiceNow: BIA method, templates,
RTO/RPO and recovery tiers, continuity procedures, dashboards, and operational governance.
Core outcomes
Approved BIA method & templates; BIAs executed for pilot processes
Recovery tiering (RP-0...RP-5) and RTO/RPO targets baselined and reported
Knowledge Articles (admin/user) published and adopted
Responsibilities
Configure BCM data/workflows, dependency mapping via CMDB
Facilitate BIA workshops; analyze impacts, tolerances, and recovery strategies
Author ISO-mapped procedures and acceptance artifacts; support training/KT
Minimum qualifications
Experience: 3 yrs BCM; 2 ServiceNow BCM implementations
Education: Bachelor's in Business/IS/Continuity/Risk (or equivalent exp)
Certifications: ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor (or BCI CBCI / DRI
ABCP) preferred; ITIL 4 (preferred)
Salary : $96 - $101
