Experience Required:
- 3 yrs BCM program experience
- 2 ServiceNow BCM implementations
Certifications Required:
- BCI (CBCP/MBCP) or DRI certification (preferred)
Notes:
- ISO 22301 knowledge
BIA facilitation experience
