Universal Banker I / Teller — Lino Lakes

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
($500 after 90 days $500 after 180 days)

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people and wants to be on the front lines of helping members succeed financially. You’ll assist members with transactions, build relationships, open accounts, and support lending operations once trained — all while delivering a friendly, efficient experience that reflects our member-first culture.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer at least 1 year of banking/credit union experience, though not required
• 1 year of continuous employment history
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• A service mindset with sales confidence
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a busy environment
• Flexibility to support the Maplewood branch when needed
• Comfort standing or sitting for extended periods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A positive, member-focused, team-player attitude
• Saturday rotation about once every 6 weeks (remote phone coverage 8:45–12:15)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Background study and credit check required
