Now Hiring: Universal Banker II / Loan Officer

Maplewood Branch
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
($500 after 90 days $500 after 180 days)

This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships and being a trusted financial guide.

What You’ll Do

As a Universal Banker II / Loan Officer, you’ll:

• Build meaningful relationships by acting as a trusted financial advisor
• Open and close accounts and originate, underwrite, and close loans
• Identify solutions that truly fit each member’s needs
• Cross-sell products and services with integrity and purpose
• Provide exceptional, personalized member service
• Step in to support frontline staff as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of banking/lending experience
• Proven sales experience with success in meeting lending goals
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, member-focused, team-player attitude
• Willingness to work occasionally out of our Lino Lakes branch
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Background study and credit check required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• Weekend availability about once every 5 weeks
  (Work from home Saturdays, 8:45–12:15 answering calls)
• Office setting
• Monthly all-staff and loan meetings held in Lino Lakes
