The successful Smurfit Westrock team member will be working in a continuous manufacturing operation, working 12 hour rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation. Employees must comply with all safety regulations and practices. Smurfit Westrock is a team-based environment.

What you need to succeed: (Basic Requirements):
- High School diploma or G.E.D. completion certificate required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Demonstrated the drive to achieve and have upward movement into various jobs
- Self-motivated desire to learn
- Capable of meeting physical requirements to include working rotating shifts-weekends/holidays, around heat, noise, work inside/outside, etc.
- Has the mechanical, mathematical, and verbal aptitude to learn positions
- Proven record of performance
- Play by the rules and work well with others
- Able to operate in heavy manufacturing site and work variable schedule and overtime as needed
