Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Live On-site Caretaker / Maintenance Person to manage a subsidized housing project in Le Center, MN

  • No experience necessary for caretaker responsibilities

  • Will provide a 2-bedroom townhome for employee to live

  • Must have handyman / Maintenance skills

  • Pay to be negotiated based on experience and skills

Pay: $123.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
