Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Assist with food safety practices, sanitation, and cleanliness to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly recommendations
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and smooth workflow
• Prepare smoothies and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS systems such to process transactions accurately
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper food handling procedures
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy using POS systems and basic math skills
• Support food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food storage procedures to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems like PAR POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Follows and performs the checklists and temperature checks.
• Arrives promptly ready to work

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
