Position Overview:
As a Pizza Maker, you’ll be working in a high-energy kitchen using fresh ingredients and house-made dough. Our wood-fired ovens operate at 900 degrees, cooking pizzas in just 90 seconds—speed, precision, and consistency are key!
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and preparation standards
- Knead, stretch, and prepare pizza dough
- Cook pizzas in a high-temperature, wood-fired oven
- Maintain and stock the pizza station
- Keep your station clean and organized throughout the shift
- Stand for extended periods and work efficiently under pressure
