Rosie’s Pizza & Restaurant is hiring Pizza Makers to join our opening kitchen team in Wellington, FL. We are looking for experienced, disciplined pizza makers who take pride in both their food and their workspace.
This is a hands-on role from dough to finished pie — including maintaining a clean, organized station at all times.
What You’ll Do:
- Make pizza dough our way, following house recipes and procedures
- Prepare and portion pizza sauce according to standards
- Stretch dough and build pizzas consistently and efficiently
- Top, bake, rotate, and finish pizzas to quality standards
- Work with pizza ovens (experience preferred)
- Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during service
- Clean and maintain your pizza station throughout the shift
- Keep tools, surfaces, and storage areas clean and organized
- Complete opening and closing side work, including station breakdown and cleaning
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly

- Previous pizza-making experience required
- Comfortable making dough and sauce from scratch
