Elisabetta’s Ristorante in Delray Beach is seeking professional, guest-focused Hosts/Hostesses to join our high-energy, high-volume restaurant. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in delivering the warm, welcoming hospitality Elisabetta’s is known for.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hosting experience in a full-service restaurant
- OpenTable experience required
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Upbeat, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming first impression
- Manage reservations and confirm same-day bookings using OpenTable
- Coordinate large-party reservations with management to ensure smooth service
- Keep host stand stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift
- Monitor table availability and seating flow for maximum efficiency
- Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging
- Communicate guest requests and feedback to servers and managers
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or Supervisor
Education & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and calmness under pressure
- Proficiency with restaurant software such as POS systems, MS Office, OpenTable, and related tools
