Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper position located in Red Bank, NJ. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for daily financial tasks, including maintaining accurate company financial records, managing bookkeeping processes, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with journal entries. The role requires maintaining proficiency with accounting software and collaboration with team members to support clients' financial needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries (Accounting), and maintaining accurate financial records
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Familiarity with Accounting Software and demonstrating robust accounting skills
- Strong knowledge of Finance and general accounting principles
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Minimum of an associate degree in accounting or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a professional accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred
