- Responsible for Hands On day to day operations of the restaurant
- Supports the General Manager with:
• Interviewing, hiring, and training
• performance reviews
• administrative responsibilities
• product and experience quality
• maintenance
- Promotes guest service excellence
- Scheduling and ordering
Friendly, sincere, upbeat attitude
Well groomed
High School diploma preferred
2 years experience in restaurant work
Basic math skills
Strong skills in:
