Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Associate who has knowledge of vapes, hemp products, kratom, and smoke shop items. The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping customers find the right products.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
- Stay informed on smoke shop products, trends, and compliance requirements
- Ensure a positive customer experience with excellent service
Qualifications
- Prior retail or smoke shop experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of vape products, hemp-derived products, kratom, and smoke shop items
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
