Responsibilities
Support the execution of business projects by coordinating daily tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking action items.
Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or issues to project managers.
Support the use of project management tools and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and preparation of project updates for leadership.
Ensure adherence to project standards and support compliance with governance requirements.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
4 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
Understanding of project management fundamentals and delivery workflows.
Proficiency in organizing project schedules, meetings, and documentation.
Skill in tracking project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
Ability to support communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Strong knowledge of organizational practices for managing multiple priorities and maintaining accurate records.
Experience supporting project execution in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in using MS Project, Excel, and Smartsheet project tracking tools.
Ability to escalate issues and support resolution in collaboration with project leads.
High School Diploma.
Desired Qualifications
Associate s degree in Business or related field.
Associate-level project management certification (e.g., CAPM).
