What You'll Do

• Be the first face customers see at our sales window and make it count
• Deliver fast, friendly service while keeping your energy up across high-volume shifts
• Listen to what customers need and recommend the right product with confidence
• Upsell and cross-sell naturally not pushy, just genuinely helpful
• Create memorable interactions that keep customers coming back
• Process transactions quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Keep your window area clean, organized, and inviting at all times

What We're Looking For

• A natural conversationalist who connects easily with all kinds of people
• Bubbly, upbeat personality enthusiasm matters more than experience
• Able to stay positive and energetic through a busy, fast-paced shift
• Motivated to hit goals without needing to be pushed
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic computer skills for transactions and customer info

Experience and Skill Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, and weekends
• Ability to learn and operate all machinery.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, and carry heavy items.
• Ability to work in outside weather elements such as cold, heat, and precipitation.

Pay: $16.59 - $18.00 per hour
