Responsibilities
- Focus on and meeting office insurance production goals established by our team under State Farm guidelines
- Provide recommendations to customers that come out of needs-based conversations
- Follow up with customers that have expressed interest in insurance products
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently.
- Greet in-office visitors with warm, courteous service while managing check-in procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer activity using State Farm productivity software.
- Handle office management tasks including calendar management, and appointment scheduling.
- Support client communication efforts through phone support, email correspondence, and follow-up activities for policy changes, applications and claims.
- Consistent attendance record
Skills
- Proven experience in production of insurance products
- Customer service with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
