Smith & Wilkinson has been retained by East Cambridge Savings Bank (ECSB) to manage the search for the bank’s next Vice President, Senior Human Resources Manager. The VP, Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee the full range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent management and succession planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, payroll operations, learning and development, and Affirmative Action/DEI compliance. As a strategic advisor to senior management, this leader will help shape the Bank’s human capital strategy while ensuring compliance, strong employee engagement, and operational excellence across the HR function. This opportunity is ideally suited for an experienced HR professional with at least seven years of progressive leadership experience and strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
This is a full-time in-office role at the ECSB Headquarters in Cambridge, MA.
