At Smith & Davis Orthodontics, we're more than an orthodontics office — we're the first face our patients see when they walk in, and the reason they leave smiling (literally). We're growing, and we're looking for a part-time Patient Care Coordinator who brings warmth, energy, and a little bit of hustle to our front desk team.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll be the heartbeat of our front office. That means greeting patients of all ages, keeping appointments running on schedule, managing records, supporting our Treatment Coordinators, and making sure every person who walks through our doors feels taken care of. No two days look exactly the same — and that's kind of the point.

• Welcome patients and visitors and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient flow, and keep the front desk running smoothly
• Maintain accurate patient records and upload images as needed
• Handle phones, answer questions, and communicate clearly with patients and their families
• Support the clinical team and pitch in wherever the day takes you
• Uphold confidentiality and safety standards (HIPAA matters here)

Who You Are

You don't need orthodontic experience — we'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is a great attitude and genuine love for people. You also probably are:

• A natural communicator who can talk to a nervous 8-year-old and their parent back-to-back without missing a beat
• Organized and detail-oriented, even when things get busy
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to be a team player
• Professional, reliable, and positive — even on hard days

Schedule

• The available position is part-time Monday-Thursday 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with the possibility of hours being adjusted based on the fluctuating needs of the practice.
