Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within budget completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and manage stakeholders. They will also be familiar with IT project management methodologies and have experience with project management tools. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects meet the organization's strategic goals.
Duties:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Identify and mitigate risks and conflicts, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Manage project scope, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with program management teams to ensure that projects align with the organization's overall strategic goals.
- Utilize project management tools to track project progress and manage project data.
- Develop and maintain project reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Onsite Training Provided
- At least 5 Years experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience in conflict and risk management.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Workday.
