Project Estimator / Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join our construction team. This role involves preparing accurate project estimates, managing project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in construction estimating, project management, and contract negotiations, with a focus on cost control and efficient project delivery. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction estimates using Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other estimating software.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop accurate cost projections.
• Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Manage multiple projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Oversee cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with construction teams on-site to ensure project scope aligns with estimates and plans.
• Review and interpret contracts, change orders, and scope modifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating and project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and construction management software tools.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Knowledge of construction site operations, cost control strategies, and contract administration.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with clients, teams, and vendors.
• Background in construction site experience or construction management is highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
