This position is full time M-F with some Saturdays required.

Responsibilities
-
Post invoices
-
Reconcile statements
-
Disburse checks
-
Balance statements and finalize data
-
Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system
-
Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
-
Scan accounting documents into scan software
- Daily Cash Reconciliation
-
Other various accounting office duties as needed.
Qualifications
-
Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and accounting platform

Strong communication skills

Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team

Accounting degree (preferred, not required)

Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
