Qualified applicants can expect to be contacted for a phone interview. Phone skills are absolutely non-negotiable and may not be less than excellent.
Responsibilities
- Kindly greet customers in a timely manner and direct to correct department
- Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate department
- Issue gas cards for lot fuel and sold units, and post receipts
- Organize and reconcile keys for all vehicles - new and used
- Stock in incoming units from convoys, purchases, or dealer trades
- Driver coordination for deliveries and moving vehicles between locations
- Minor accounting duties and reporting
- Be able and willing to be cross trained for other positions in the office.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience preferred
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Work with all levels of employee
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
