Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to manage outgoing payments. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial processing, maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships, and strong overall accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests (Accounts Payable)
Monitor aging month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Other Responsibilities (as needed):
Prepare and issue invoices, apply payments, and reconcile customer accounts (Accounts Receivable)
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2 years of AP/AR or general accounting experience
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment & Expectations:
Open Office-based environment in the General Office
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
