Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Wallingford, CT
Salary Benefits: $45 to $65/hour (equivalent to $93,600–$135,200 annually) $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, full benefits package, PTO, and retirement plan.
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services.
- Manage a consistent schedule of 14 patients per day in an organized 8-hour clinic structure.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional restoration and mobility.
- Collaborate with a seasoned clinical team committed to patient excellence.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Adapt to a high-volume caseload while ensuring compassionate, quality care.
- Work a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM–7:00 PM, including one late day.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
- Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or the ability to obtain one).
- Open to new graduates and experienced therapists.
- Strong background or interest in orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient rapport.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy outpatient environment.
