We're partnering with one of the country's largest and most respected integrated healthcare systems to find an experienced Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Claims Analyst. This is a full-time, permanent remote position supporting a large enterprise Epic environment that serves millions of patients.
If you enjoy solving complex billing challenges, improving claims performance, working with Revenue Cycle leaders, and making meaningful improvements to Epic, you'll have the opportunity to do all of that here.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support and optimize Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance workflows
- Analyze claim edits, denials, and reimbursement trends to improve clean claim rates
- Partner with Revenue Cycle, IT, and operational teams on system enhancements and workflow improvements
- Participate in Epic upgrades, testing, and new functionality implementations
- Help improve billing performance across a large enterprise healthcare environment
- Serve as a trusted Epic resource for Claims and Remittance processes
What They're Looking For
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance Certification (preferred)
- Candidates with strong Epic Resolute HB certification and hospital billing experience are also encouraged to apply
- 4 years of Epic Hospital Billing experience
- Strong knowledge of claims processing, remittance, payer edits, 837/835 transactions, and clearinghouse workflows
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
