Title: Senior Manager of Corporate Real Estate
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 Bonus
Location: Fairfield County, CT (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and oversight of the global real estate portfolio, including owned and leased assets.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop forward-looking portfolio strategies that support business growth and unlock value.
- Develop and communicate strategic market plans that guide real estate initiatives globally.
- Oversee acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, and ongoing portfolio management across manufacturing, warehouse, sales, and office locations.
- Serve as project lead and single point of contact for brokers, architects, engineers, and external advisors throughout transaction lifecycles.
- Collaborate with legal partners on drafting and negotiating real estate agreements.
- Track critical lease dates and ensure proactive management of options, expirations, and terminations.
- Manage the real estate management system and ensure portfolio data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct market research, site assessments, and financial analysis using internal data and public resources.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide portfolio visibility and decision support.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the real estate function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in corporate or investment real estate.
- Deep understanding of commercial real estate transactions, leasing, and documentation.
- Strong project leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Experience with real estate management systems (e.g., Sequentra).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in a global industrial organization preferred.
- Familiarity with environmental matters a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
