William Raveis Insurance is seeking a dynamic Insurance Producer to expand and maintain existing relationships in the designated location within our service area, from Maine to Florida. As a professional in Personal Lines Insurance, your talents will join ours in our commitment to providing our customers with quality products and outstanding service which will contribute to our remarkable 20% growth over the past 5 years. This is a fast-paced environment where the ability to multi-task & the flexibility to meet shifting priorities are critical to success. Summary:
In addition to developing your own customer base, your commitment to offering quality products and outstanding service to our customers will contribute to our performance with 90% of clients for home-auto-umbrella-watercraft-private collections and more coming from referrals! Producers must possess the skills to sell a full insurance portfolio while effectively growing the business.
Essential Functions:
- Will be to develop new business by working with our family of real estate agents and mortgage brokers and seek opportunities to expand existing business.
- You will be assigned an active pipeline of leads to develop into clients.
- Promote and sell William Raveis Insurance Company’s complete line of products and services, including homeowner’s and auto insurance to clients and customers.
- Network and nurture business partnerships and opportunities with clients, both internal and external.
- Educate prospective customers on their insurance coverage options.
- Assess current insurance policies for clients and make recommendations on additional coverage to meet their goals and objectives.
- Develop new opportunities to grow and expand business within our Raveis family of companies which has 4,400 real estate agents and in-house mortgage bankers.
- Maintain and nurture an assigned pipeline of active customers and prospects.
- Meet conversion goals as established by the hiring manager.
- Be able to navigate and pivot for shifting priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
· Qualifications & Benefits:
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales & service with preference given to applicants with P & C product experience.
- Current P & C license is required.
