Location: Vestal NY
Compensation: $100,000 to $130,000
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and manage the annual budget process, including revenue projections and expense management.
Conduct regular financial forecasting to assess the organization’s financial health and identify potential risks.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization can meet its financial obligations.
Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
Internal Controls:
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management or accounting, MANDATORY to have manufacturing environment experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
