Responsibilities:
As our Foreman, you will be the driving force on the job site. Your core responsibilities will be split between technical execution and crew leadership:
Concrete Mastery:
Direct and oversee all phases of concrete work, from setting complex formwork and rebar to managing large-scale pours and specialized finishes.
Demolition Planning:
Implement and supervise phased demolition plans (structural and selective), ensuring the integrity of surrounding structures is maintained.

Expertly use survey equipment and lasers to establish and verify final grades and elevations for accurate placement.
Quality Control:
Maintain the highest standard of workmanship, resolving technical issues and blueprint discrepancies in real-time.
Leadership, Safety, and Site Management
Safety First:
Serve as the on-site Safety Officer, leading daily toolbox talks, conducting site inspections, and rigorously enforcing OSHA compliance for all specialized operations (heavy equipment, silica control).
Crew Leadership:
Effectively train, mentor, and manage a crew of 5-15 workers, assigning daily tasks and driving productivity to meet aggressive project deadlines.
Logistics:
Coordinate and verify material deliveries (concrete, rebar), manage equipment utilization, and maintain precise inventory and site organization.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, with a minimum of 3 years in a Foreman/Supervisory role specializing in concrete and demolition.
Certifications:
Current OSHA 30-Hour Certification is required.
Technical Skills:
Deep familiarity with structural blueprints, specifications, and the ability to troubleshoot site conditions against engineered plans.
Administrative Acumen:
Proficiency with construction technology for daily reports (DCRs), time card management, and cost tracking.

Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities.
